What will be a single fixed price contract that specifies a completed, ready to live in property?
Hello! My name is Ivan Subbotin and I'd like to build a house in Hihi.
I wanted to use "The Owner-Builder Exemption" and build it by myself but unfortunately I couldn't get enough money for it. That is why I want to get a construction loan and hire a building company to build it for me.
I will provide:
- all documents from the FNDC to start the building process;
- connection to the main electrical line;
- all floor materials, internal/external lights, internal doors, gates for the garage, home appliances, kitchen, sanitary engineering, furniture. I've already bought it and going to bring it from Russia.
Please DON'T INCLUDE THE PRICES FOR THESE MATERIALS!
If the bank approve my application it would be great to start in February 2020 and finish in May. Is it possible?
And I know the prices for all works and building materials so please give me a very good offer!
